Conditions for reservations

Mentioned packages are for individual reservations only and can be booked upon (rate) availability. Please contact us directly for group reservations.

Single rooms for our packages are not possible if not part of a multiple room booking

All room rates are exclusive of city tax at € 2,00 per person as of 20 years, per night

There´s a maximum of 4 persons per room possible. The rates for a 3rd or 4th adult person is mentioned per package.

the minimum age of our hotel guests must be 18 years old. Hotel guests under the age of 18 years old, must be accompanied by an adult guest (minimum 18 years or up)

Children up to including 12 years old stay free in their parents' room (a maximum of 1 child per paying adult and a maximum of 2 children per room). Furthermore, they have their breakfast, lunch and dinner for free in case they are accompanied by at least 1 paying adult (a maximum of 1 child per paying adult). There will be a special children's rate for the extra's which are included in the package. For these rates we refer to our packages.

Children from 13 up to including 19 years stay free in their parents' room (a maximum of 1 child per paying adult and a maximum of 2 children per room). There will be surcharges for these children for breakfast, lunch, dinner or extra's which are included in the package. Please refer to our packages for these special children's rates.

If you would like to extend your stay we can offer you attractive rates which are mentioned at het packages

Check-in is possible as from 15.00 hrs. Check-out is possible until 12.00 hrs. A luggage store is available for early arrivals or late departures.

All packages include unlimited access to our indoor swimming pool, sauna and the mini-gym facilities

For a supplement of € 17,50 per room per night you can book a room with one king size bed. For a supplement of € 35,00 per room per night you can book a luxurious Executive room. Both rooms are suitable for a maximum of 2 persons.

Your reservation is guaranteed until 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival. If you will arrive later, please give us your credit card number with expiration date in order to guarantee your reservation for late arrival (except for April, September and Holidays).

In most periods you can cancel your individual reservation free of charge until 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival. The cancellation policy may vary; for the month of April and September the cancellation policy is changed to free of charge untill 3 days before arrival and for Christmas and New Year eve packages can be cancelled free of charge until 1 week before arrival. The variant cancellation policies will be confirmed to you by written confirmation.

Your pet is also welcome. We charge € 15.00 per pet, per night. More information.

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) are applicable to all reservations and transactions. The UVH are registered with the Districts Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague.
