New Year's Eve, Thursday 31 December 2010
From 15.00 hrs. you can check-in at our hotel and all our facilities are at your disposal from that time on. On account of these busy days, it's is not possible to check-in earlier. However, you can register yourself at our frontdesk, whereupon from 15.00 hrs. your room key will be available. Just one person per booking can pick-up the key at our desk.
Holiday Inn Leiden hopes to end the year with you in a festive way! The New Year's Eve dinner buffet is served between 17:00 hrs. and 21:00 hrs. in our Garden restaurant. Drinks from our ‘Dutch Assortment' are included during your dinner (such as coffee, soft drinks, wine, beer, port wine, sherry, vermouth).
At 21:00 hrs. we start our New Year's party, with a swinging band and Deejay, drinks (from the Dutch assortment) and a snack buffet are included. At 24:00 hrs. sharp there is a firework outside the hotel which you can enjoy with a glass of Champagne. Happy New Year!
After an overnight stay in one of our comfortable hotel rooms, we serve an extensive American breakfast buffet the next morning between 9:00 hrs. and 11:30 hrs.
Check-out on January 1st 2012 should be no later than 12.00 hrs. Before that time, your hotel room must be empty and the hotel bill must have been paid. Unfortunately, it's not possible to make use of your hotel room after 12.00 hrs.

Reservation conditions and information
• Rates are subject to the room and rate availability upon receiving your reservation;
• Rates are based on a minimum of 2 adults (20 years and older) *per room;
• Reservations are final after you receive a written confirmation;
• Rates are excluding local city tax at € 2,00 per adult (20 years and older) per night;
• Family rooms are suitable for a maximum of 4 persons per room;
• Rates for 1,3 or 4 adults (20 years and older) per room can be requested at the hotel;
• Children rates are only valid when staying in their parents room with a maximum of 1 child per paying adult and 2 children per room;
• In order to guarantee your reservation we accept all major credit cards. If no credit card can be given we will request a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value;
• For Christmas and/or New Year reservations a cancellation period of 1 week prior to arrival applies;
• Pets are allowed at a surcharge of € 15,00 per night. An outside, ground floor room will be allocated;
• Requests for preferences in room locations can be guaranteed for a surcharge of € 10,00 € 15,00 (depending on the sort of preference);
• On all reservations the Standard Terms and Conditions for Hotel and Catering applies;

General Information
Kids at Holiday Inn Leiden
A special welcome to our youngest guests! As a family orientated hotel children are very important to us! At the Holiday Inn Leiden children are given the so called V.I.K. status (Very Important Kid) upon arrival. The fun already starts during check-in where your children can register themselves and might even be surprised by us with some cool stuff! Our youngest guests will find a royal playing area with ´ball bath´, small slide, several games, Play station 2 and items for handicraft and drawing, Dutch games and table tennis. For a small fee we also offer billiards and table soccer.
Kids have free admission to our indoor swimming pool, which offers a jet stream, waterfall and sparkling corner. And... Santa Claus promised to visit us!
Family Rooms (Superior)
Our Family Rooms have two twin beds (140 x 200 cm). This makes them ideal for families with children. The maximum number of persons is 4 but on request, it is possible to place an extra baby cot in the room (free of charge).
Executive Rooms
Our brand-new Executive Rooms are the choice of the demanding traveller looking for extra comfort, luxury and space! The tastefully decorated rooms are equipped with luxury amenities such as a Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of the finest coffees, relax seat, brand-new, highly comfortable beds with topper and automatic bed lights. Other amenities are a comfortable working desk, laptop (sized) safe and led-lighting. For your comfort and relaxation a stay in an Executive room includes use of bathrobe, daily newspaper (on weekdays) and luxury bathroom products. Our Executive room guests enjoy a 50% discount on high-speed Internet access and receive a welcome drink upon arrival. The Executive rooms are only suitable for two persons. The surcharge for this room is only € 15,00 per night (normal surchage is € 30,00 per night).
Room preferences
A preference for a specific room can be made but cannot be guaranteed. However we do offer the possibility to guarantee your preference against a surcharge of EUR 10,00 - EUR 15,00 (depending on the kind of request). Please advice our reservation staff at the time of booking.
Check in and check out
Your room will be available as from 15:00 hrs when arriving before this time one can already register and collect the keys for check-in at 15:00 hrs. As from this time you can make use of all recreational facilities such as swimming pool and sauna. Check out on the day of departure is 12.00 noon. Unfortunately a late check out is not possible and rooms and bill need to be cleared no later than 12:00 noon.
Others
During your stay parking is free of charge. Holiday Inn Leiden is not charging any reservation and/or administration fees. At our Sport Centre you can play tennis or squash or rent bikes. Please note that use is based upon availability, reservations are required surcharges may apply.
