Children are more than welcome in Holiday Inn Leiden! From the first moment at the check-in desk they can register themselves at our children's desk where we also surprise them with some fun stuff. You will stay in a luxurious standard room with 2 double beds (for a maximum of 4 persons in total) and room for a cot. We offer the cot and the children's chair in our restaurant free of charge.

Furthermore, you will receive entrance tickets to visit Space Expo in Noordwijk (15 minutes drive, for children 5 years and older) or 'Pirates Island' in Leiden (for children up to 11 years).

See what it was like for the first man on the moon, experience the simulated launch of an Ariane rocket 'live', discover the world of satellites with the test models of European space missions and find out all about astronauts and see how they live and work in space. Interesting for both young and old! Space Expo is opened year round from Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs. and during school holidays also on Monday's. You and your children will have an enjoyable stay!

Conditions and rates per package:

  • Arrival 7 days a week possible, based on availability untill December 31, 2010. On weekdays from Monday up to and including Thursday (excluding public holidays), a surcharge of € 15.00 per person will apply
  • A maximum of 4 persons per room
  • Rate is based on an occupancy per room of maximum 2 adults and maximum 2 children up to 12 years inclusive
  • Surcharge for children 13 - 19 years inclusive € 69.50 (with tickets for Space Expo) or € 62.00 (with tickets for Pirate Island)
  • Extension nights are possible from € 44,50 per person, including breakfast (based on a double room occupancy) 
  • Rates are excluding local city tax at € 2,00 per person (20 years and older) per night.
  • Rates are based on 2 adults per room
  • Duinrell special: untill Oktober 31, 2010 you can take advantage of the discounted rate of € 15.00 per person for your entrance ticket to amusementparc Duinrell in Wassenaar (normal rate € 18.00p.p.). Children up to and including 3 years old are free. You can leave a note at your reservationsform.
